Apple sues HTC for infringing on 20 iphone patents
Posted by akbara | Filed under Uncategorized
Apple is sueing HTC for infringing 20 of its iphone patents on iPhone’s user interface, underlying architecture and hardware.
What is interesting about this claim is that HTC is claiming them as their inventions too. From first glance looks like both have come up with interfaces that are identical. Only time will tell if there is a wicked plan behind this.
Update: Looks like Apple has played this trick with Nokia and Palm before!
You can read more and see the 20patents on http://gizmodo.com/5483632/apple-sues-htc-for-infringing-on-20-iphone-patents-the-complete-documents?skyline=true&s=i

Have you been a dad today?

Another cool website from Ad council. This site aims in connecting fathers with their children and balance life with work and home priorities. It has useful tools that help you be a good dad!

What is a boost?
A boost is a form of encouragement. It can be a text, an email, or even a pat on the back.
The site has been setup to encourage potential drop-outs to study and complete their graduation. It is more like a high school drop-out prevention sponsored by Ad Council. I visited the site and it is for a noble cause. So go ahead and start sending boosts to the needy!
I like this concept and I strongly would recommend this to each and every country of the world to adopt and participate!
The Ad Council and the U.S. Army joined today to launch a Wake-Up Call program as part of their “Boost” national public service advertising campaign designed to encourage students to graduate from high school. Featuring the voice of Amaré Stoudemire, NBA All-Star and Captain of the Phoenix Suns, the program features a series of wake-up calls and alarm ringtones that teens can share with their friends to provide the motivation to get up and go to school.
